With a mix of christians that were raise in the church and those who found the lord later in life the core belief is that Christianity is reflected in all that we do. The our relationship with God isn’t limited to 2 hours on a Sunday morning but instead is part of all of our lives including the fun things.

We are a space that cares deeply about community and bringing people together. We see that every person is different and no one person is one thing. We are Christians, Daughters, Fathers, Employers, Friends, Dancers, Coffee lovers, LOTR fans and the list goes on.

In a world that often emphasizes self-love, self-care, and self-reliance, we believe no one was meant to do life alone. Our heart is to lift the weight of isolation and create a place where genuine connection can flourish. Sometimes that might look like attending a Paint evening in a Bookshop whilst other times that may be attending our fortnightly Padel event. PowerHouse exist to create room to foster meaningful relationships. We aim to provide a welcoming space where faith in community is restored and community can restore their faith.

We run events across all sectors from sport to education. Our main ongoing social is Padel which runs every other Sunday from 6.30pm-7.30pm at the Slazenger Padel club in Greenbridge. This is always fully booked and we have a good laugh getting to know one another. We have a regular request for a Ceilidh event and a mix of other sporadic fun evenings. All events are ticketed and advertised on socials and the website.

PowerHouse is intentional at every turn. We use Humanitix for our ticketing service because all profit the platform retains goes back into the community. We try to work with both talented and passionate creator of their sector as each experience should come from someone that truly loves and believes in the gifts that the lord has blessed them with.

This vision has grown from a mustard seed of hope to bring people together and since expanded more and more each day. The dream is to have the name Power House be recognised across the world for the best reasons.
