Luncheon Salads

Greek Salad
Spring greens tossed with pear tomatoes, toasted orzo, cucumbers, feta cheese and your choice of grilled chicken or bay shrimp. laced with a mint vinaigrette.

Smoked Chicken Salad
Assorted baby greens incorporated with smoked chicken, toasted pine nuts, avocado and ruby grapefruit segments.

Grilled Duck Salad
Crisp romaine hearts enjoined with dried cranberries, honey glazed pecans and grilled polenta. Our duck breasts are served medium rare and laced with a raspberry vinaigrette.

Poached Salmon Salad
This salad is presented with oven roasted herbed red potatoes and red onion relish. Enhanced with orange basil vinaigrette.

Strip Steak Salad
Incorporated with romaine hearts and roasted peanuts. Accented with a black pepper vinaigrette and served with a crisp corn biscuit.

Caesar Salad
Presented in a bread bowl with your choice of boneless chicken breast or bay shrimp.

New York Steak Sandwich
Center cut strip loin placed upon sun dried tomato focaccia cheese bread. Accompanied by fried shallot rings and roasted penne pasta.

Roasted Chicken Breast
Stuffed with marinated tomatoes, asparagus and artichoke hearts. Enhanced with exotic mushroom risotto, balsamic reduction and basil oil.

Soy Marinated Halibut
Incorporated with sweet and sour cucumber slaw and citrus somein noodle salad. Laced with soy reduction, cilantro oil and chili lime vinaigrette.

Roasted Pork Loin
Marinated center cut pork loin served with rosemary demi glace, sweet pepper potato pavé and honey glazed baby carrots.

Pine Nut Crusted Salmon
Presented on olive focaccia croustini with pear tomato relish. Accented with balsamic reduction and basil oil.

Pasta Shells
Stuffed with a delicate mixture of three cheeses, fresh herbs and garlic. Laced with pesto cream and tomato sauces.
