Menu development
Our menu represents our visions and suggestions. Our
chefs and catering director are eager to help you develop
a customized menu that will best fit your needs and budget.
We will cater to your specific needs and requests to ensure
your event is a success! Expect nothing but red carpet
treatment when you call our catering staff! We do not allow
any outside catering.
Pricing
All of our prices include a service charge of 18% and
state sales tax of 6%. The price and availability of food
and beverage items are subject to market conditions and
will be confirmed 30 days prior to your scheduled event.
Any function of 35 or less will be subject to a set up
fee of $40.00. All functions include service staff for
six hours, linen, china, glassware, silverware, tables,
chairs, and choice of centerpiece. Any other items added
to the function will be subject to additional charges.
Beverage Service
Powerhouse Catering is responsible for the sale and service
of alcohol beverages in accordance with Idaho State Liquor
Laws and Regulations. In compliance with these regulations
all spirits, beer and wine will be regulated by Powerhouse
staff. For beverage service requiring spirits (excluding
beer and wine) there will be a charger of $50.00 for a
service time of three hours.
Payment
A 50% deposit of the estimated total for the event is required 30 days prior to the scheduled event, the remaining 50% is due the day of the event, prior to commencing . Payment may be made by check, cash or credit card.
Guarantee
In order to ensure a successful event we must receive
a confirmed attendance by 5pm, three days prior to the
scheduled event. This will be considered your guarantee.
Charges will be based on your guaranteed attendance or
the actual attendance, whichever is greater.
